Our treatments adhere to all applicable FDA guidelines and utilize ethically sourced, FDA-compliant stem cell products. While the procedure itself is not classified as a drug or medical device—and therefore is not subject to formal FDA approval—it is performed in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with established regulatory standards by experienced ARPNs.
Stem cell therapy is generally well tolerated, but like any medical procedure, there are potential risks. For hair restoration and joint injections, the most common risks are temporary soreness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, bleeding, or infection at the treatment site. Joint injections may also cause short-term increased pain or inflammation. IV therapy may rarely cause bruising, irritation at the IV site, lightheadedness, or an allergic or inflammatory reaction. Results are not guaranteed, and some people may have little or no improvement. Individual health conditions can also affect outcomes.

Around 6 months after your final treatment, you may start to notice the first signs of new “baby hairs.” By about 9 months, growth typically becomes more visible and noticeable. Keep in mind, this is an average timeline—some people see results sooner, while others may take a bit longer.
Yes. One of our team members, who previously had to shave her head due to significant hair loss, has since experienced substantial regrowth and now has a full head of hair. If you have scarring alopecia, we are not able to help.
During your complimentary consultation, we perform a detailed scalp evaluation using magnification to assess whether active hair follicles are present. In some cases, we may determine that a candidate is not suitable for treatment. Generally, the shorter the duration of hair loss, the more favorable the outcome. If you are experiencing thinning, it is advisable to begin treatment sooner rather than later. Optimal results are typically seen in individuals who have had hair thinning or loss for less than seven years, though outcomes can vary from person to person.
We are often unable to help patients with scarring alopecia, as successful treatment generally requires viable hair follicles to still be present. During an evaluation, we can examine your scalp and follicles to determine whether there may be enough activity for treatment to be beneficial. Unfortunately, in many cases of scarring alopecia, there are too few viable follicles remaining.
If an area has been completely smooth or shiny bald for many years (typically more than 7 years), the likelihood of success may also be lower. In general, treatment effectiveness can decrease with age, though individual results vary and the body can sometimes respond in unexpected ways. Underlying medical conditions, overall health, and other factors may also influence outcomes.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent stem cells that can differentiate into various cell types and release signaling molecules that promote tissue repair.
Stem cells derived from Wharton's jelly are a type of mesenchymal stem cell found in umbilical cord’s. They can develop into different cell types and are studied for their potential in healing, tissue repair, and regenerative medicine. These are the most effective stem cells, which is why we use them in our clinic.
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that are produced by mesenchymal stem cells which are involved in cell communication. Other cells react to the messaging signals from the exosomes and will change their behavior accordingly.
PRP relies on your body’s own natural growth factors, which can vary based on age and overall health. In contrast, therapies derived from Wharton’s Jelly offer a higher and more consistent concentration of regenerative components. These include a rich supply of growth factors and cytokines, providing a more robust, reliable, and potentially more effective response for supporting hair growth.
